Mumbai: 40 people get stuck at Chinchoti river at Vasai because of heavy rains. Fire tenders, tehsildar reached at the spot. Because of the heavy flow of water, the rescue operation has been stalled because of rains. Vasai Tehaildar asks district collector for helicopter as reaching the spot by road is difficult.
5 people are still missing, 35 rescued after river overflows at Chinchoti waterfall in Mumbai due to heavy rains. Rescue operations underway.
